2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed.
3. Payment Terms
- A 40%–50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour start date (usually 7 days before departure).
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 7+ days before tour: Full refund
- 3–6 days before tour: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 72 hours: No refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted.
5. Changes & Rescheduling
- Requests for changes must be made at least 5–7 days before the tour date.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
6. No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Missed departures
7. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for:
- Arriving on time at pickup locations
- Carrying valid identification
- Ensuring they meet travel requirements
- We are not responsible for missed services due to delays caused by the guest.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Tours operate in most weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to:
- Modify itineraries
- Cancel tours due to safety concerns, weather, or road conditions
- In such cases, guests will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date
9. Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Operational requirements
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide similar alternatives.
10. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices include only the services mentioned in the package.
- Additional costs such as:
- Entry tickets
- Meals
- Personal expenses
are not included unless specified.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- We act as a tour operator (Freelancer) and are not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or losses during the tour
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party services
- Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
12. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- We are not responsible for any losses due to cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.
13. Third-Party Services
- Some services (e.g., gondola rides, glacier experiences) are operated by third parties.
- We are not responsible for their operations, cancellations, or policies.
14. Code of Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior

No refunds will be provided in such cases.
